Moreover, at the local university sports program, we offer rope skipping courses for beginners and advanced jumpers. Don’t hesitate to try it yourself - it doesn’t matter if you never jumped a rope before. Everyone can learn rope skipping and you will soon be able to observe your own progress. Thanks to the variety of different disciplines, everybody finds something in the world of rope skipping. We also welcome advanced and experienced jumpers.
